At CODESS India, you can learn about the future trends of technology from great speakers, how to develop games in a special session by a Microsoft team from the UK, watch cool demos and meet interesting people in your community. This is an event exclusively for women in software product development and is a by-invitation only event.

General Manager, bing Ads - MSIDC

A 19-year veteran at Microsoft, Vij started his Microsoft career with the Windows team as a developer to work on the Multimedia stack. He built the first version on Windows Media Player. Before joining the bing Ads team at MSIDC Bangalore, he was the General Manager of the System Center product group in Redmond.

Kalpana has 31 years of industry experience and has been with IBM for last 20 years. Currently leads Innovations projects Worldwide for CIO lab and also acts as the Location Executive for the Business Transformation and IT team.

Pragati has more than 15 years of experience in technology domains like mobile operating systems, mobile security, payments, and commerce. She has authored the book ‘Android Application Security Essentials’.

Software Development Engineer - Microsoft’s Lift London Studio

As a Services Developer with Lift London, Sohini creates services used by games and other entertainment products. It includes the operations for running an always on connected experience for games and entertainment consumers.

Special Gaming Session by Charu Desodt

Senior Producer - Microsoft's Lift London Studio

Charu works on character centric tablet and mobile games. She was the first female engineer hired by Sony's London Studio and has released close to 100 games on PS2 and PS3.
