Emily is a product manager for the mobile keyboard app SwiftKey in the AI and Research group at Microsoft. She is responsible for SwiftKey iOS and core text input across iOS and Android, which includes prediction, correction and typing behaviours. Previously she worked at HelloFresh in Berlin, designing and building web applications to optimise their logistics in 9 countries. Prior to that, she was a Product Manager at Kano Computing in London, a Kickstarter funded start-up making a Raspberry Pi Kit and Linux-distro aimed to teach children programming.
She holds a bachelors degree in Information and Computer Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading, travelling, language learning and game development.

Edward Upton is the founder of Littledata and has a background in both technology and business strategy consulting. He has broad experience helping companies with business analytics, and also with building software tools with a simple user experience.
His background was working as a senior PM at Macmillan Education and Government Digital Service, and previously founded Teachable.
Edward also writes his own code, using Javascript and Meteor as a full-stack development framework.

Automating the report generation allows them to focus on the recommended actions.
Alexandra Ciortea joined Microsoft almost 9 years ago as a Project Server and SQL Server French speaking Support Engineer. Since 2013 she solves onsite customer’s technical issues, working as a SQL Server Premier Field Engineer at EMEA level. Alexandra is the perfect trouble solver , finding the „Why’s” and the „How’s” of SQL problems but she is also passionate about teaching SQL Workshops to Microsoft’s customers and local SQL community. She is a speaker for Microsoft Ready events and SQL Saturday. Changing the office seat with a plane seat offered het the opportunity to travel, interact with different cultures and languages, work and evanghelize the things she is passionate about.
She graduated The Faculty of Automatic Control and Computer Science- Bucharest and has a Master diploma on IT Management . Last year she joined the teaching assistents team at the same faculty.
Ken Liu is a Talent Acquisition Manager in the Engineering Europe team with a mission to attract and hire the best in class engineers to Microsoft. Ken is passionate about gender diversity in engineering and has helped host RailsGirls, DigiGirlz and Codess in other locations. Previously he was HR Manager for the Microsoft Skype business and so is not only keen to hire the best, but ensuring the best are engaged, developed and retained.
In his spare time, Ken is constantly fidgeting with new gadgets, reading tech blogs and articles, and balancing his obsession of great food with his love of fitness.
